Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a drink every now and then, keep your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques out of the casino. Only take only the money you anticipate to spend on beverages, tips and few dollars you intend to lose and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a win after a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hit a marathon roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that adventure seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and gamble. The two just do not go well together.
Leaving your moola out of the casino is a tiny bit excessive, but defensive measures for drastic actions is a requirement. If you play to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your cash without a worry, then consume all the gratis beer you are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your drunk as a skunk brain squanders all the cash!
Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then go on to the internet to wager in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my condominium, however seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
What’s the reason? Even though I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I drink alcohol, it is definitely sufficient to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
